All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

AutosGalaxy is not responsible for:

• Payment disputes between buyers and sellers
• Financial transactions conducted outside the Platform

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Circumvent Platform processes
• Harvest or collect user data without consent
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access source code

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

All AutosGalaxy content—including logos, trademarks, software, design, and data owned by AutosGalaxy or its licensors.

Users may not:

AutosGalaxy is not responsible for:

AutosGalaxy provides the Platform “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

AutosGalaxy does not guarantee:

• Accuracy of vehicle listings
• Availability of inventory
• Dealer or seller responsiveness
• Pricing accuracy or market valuations

Users assume all risks associated with transactions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutosGalaxy is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Errors or inaccuracies in listings
• Unauthorized access to user accounts

AutosGalaxy’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold AutosGalaxy harmless from claims arising out of:

• User content
• Violations of these Terms
• Misuse of the Platform
• Interactions with dealers, sellers, or third parties

14. Termination

AutosGalaxy may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes shall be resolved through:
